Richard D. Kaye is the Producer of "GARBO…the Musical.” In 2002 Richard formed GARBO PRODUCTIONS, LLC and in August 2003 he signed an agreement with award-winning director Jules Aaron to develop and direct "GARBO…the Musical" for stage presentation.
