Those are one-of-a-kind Garbo dolls made by Maria Magher.

Magher lives in North Carolina and she started customizing dolls in December 2001. She loves working on celebrity and pop culture dolls and also made a "Camille- Garbo" Doll, in two diffirent costumes.
